No. First, hostilities should end, all Russian forces should leave the Ukrainian borders as they were on February 23rd, 2022. The Donbas should be a federal state under the Ukrainian state and so should Crimea, however, this should be decided hrough internationally recognised referenda. The security of Ukraine should be guaranteed through a tri-partite agreement between Ukraine, Russia, and NATO that ensures the integrity of all parties involved.
